Hiroomi is one of the two chefs that work at the Wagnaria restaurant in the Working!! series.  To the naked eye he is cheerful and often offers positive encouragement to his coworkers. Hiroomi is incredibly, almost disturbingly, well informed about his coworkers and often uses this information to passive aggressively blackmail/manipulate them into doing whatever he wants from them at the current time.
