Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 
Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Hi, we just received the naruto akatsuki rings that we ordered (order number 29034). Four of the rings are the wrong color. There are as follows: 1. Kisame ring - should be yellow and it is brown. 2. Kakuzu ring - should be light blue and it is green. 3. Sasori ring - should be purple and it is dark blue. 4. Orochimaru ring - should be pale green and it is dark green. How can we get this fixed?
