Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 
Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Hello Cajsa, this wig is made of heat-resisting fiber, can use tools which under 200 degree centigrade to style it. But we don’t recommend to change the style too much.
About the washing, you'd better not to wash it. But if you insist, please rinse the wig gently in cold clear water. Do not use a hair dryer. Air dry only. You may gently style the wig with your fingertips.Brush wig only when completely dry. Do not allow the wig to dry in direct sunlight.
