I ordered this dress and had it custom made to my size. It didn't cost anymore for the price stated above and the staff were very prompt and polite in responding to a query I had before ordering. I would definitely recommend you have the outfit custom fitted. I am a size 12 and this would have equated to a size XL but the chest and hip size would have been too big for me had I just ordered an XL. It arrived really quickly, way before the deadline I requested (2 months). I chose the two week ship. The dress arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it. The dress fits really well. It was well packaged, and the dress comes with a hoop petticoat to really bulk it out. It looks gorgeous on. I didn't receive the neck accessory but that didn't bother me at all as I was going to wear a different necklace anyway. The only thing I would say is that on me, the dress sits about 2 inches off my shoulder. This doesn't bother me at all though as I like off the shoulder. I bought the dress as it is gothic/victoriana in style and fits an event I'm attending. I love it!! I would definitely order another dress/outfit from this company. Fantastic quality and at a really good price. Thank you CosplayFU !!!

Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. You should contact your local customs office for further information because custom policies are different from country to country. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase. Then the rest of the money will be refunded to you after we get the package back.

Cosplayfu.com offer free worldwide shipping. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We often use China Post, Hong Kong Post or USPS. Most likely you will get the products within 20-30 business days.

You also can choose other shipping methods to have a fast shipping. But extra fee is needed.

Refund:

We accept 100% refund when the product has quality problems or any unexpected mistakes. However the buyers are requested to send the product back to our office.
