Hi I am writing to thank you - I ordered an outfit at the beginning of December, I could not justify the postal costs to ensure Christmas delivery and took a gamble that it would be here on time. The item arrived on Christmas Eve morning (as close as you can get!) and my daughter was thrilled with the gift. I have to say the quality of the bespoke outfit is excellent and I am very pleased with your customer service, from keeping me up to date, explaining that it may not arrive in time, it getting delivered in the nick of time and just wanted to say thanks - a very pleasureable experience doing business with you. Hello, I was wondering that if I left a special request after ordering the Goddess Madoka cosplay if the glove pieces could be sewn together and if the sleeves of the dress could be made to fan out more rather than be fitted like a t-shirt?

Is it a top and a skirt? I thought I was a dress. If I were to custom order it does that mean the stockings and gloves will fit normally

Hello Rania, the costume includes the top, skirt, gloves, bow knots & stockings.  The costume accessories (like stockings & gloves) are fixed size to fit all, if you've special request about the gloves & stockings, you can write it clearly in the remark box, so our tailor will know to check the for you.  n_n

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. You should contact your local customs office for further information because custom policies are different from country to country. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase. Then the rest of the money will be refunded to you after we get the package back.
